The Council of Marine Carriers wishes to sincerely thank the delegates, sponsors and exhibitors of the 2006 17th Towboat Conference, without who's support this successful event would not have been held. The net proceeds of each towboat conference are applied to the annual CMC post secondary education scholarship.
